I almost never post twice in one day, but I got this news after I had posted for the day... My best friend's sister was brutally assaulted and set afire by her estranged husband yesterday, and is in critical condition. All good thoughts and or prayers if you are religious would be appreciated.

Oh, Cate, I'm horrified.. I'm so sorry! I've already prayed and will continue to do so. That poor boy, I can't imagine having to live your life after having seen your FATHER do that to your MOTHER..

OMG Cate. I am praying so hard for her and her family. How horrible! I hope she is ok, keep us updated!
